Video ads for events, festivals, concerts and conferences
AdHub turns a short description of your event into a finished, animated video ad in about 5–10 minutes. Festivals, concert promoters, venues and conference organizers use it to announce line-ups and speakers, open ticket sales and push last-call promos on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. No video editor is needed, and a 15-second ad costs from about $5–7.

Why it's hard today
- Tickets sell in waves (announcement, early bird, regular, last call), and every wave needs a fresh video before the date passes.
- Line-ups and speaker lists change late, so a video you paid an editor for can be out of date before it goes live.
- Every channel needs its own format: Stories and TikTok, the feed, YouTube and the screens at the venue. Visitors from abroad may also need another language.
How AdHub helps
Describe the event, get the ad
Type the name, date, venue, headliners or speakers, ticket price and call to action. AdHub writes the scenes, animates them and renders an MP4. Claude reviews preview frames and fixes problems before the final render.
Your poster, your artists, your brand
Add your logo and up to 6 images, such as artist photos, the poster, venue shots or speaker headshots. AdHub detects your brand colors and builds the ad around them.
One ad per ticket phase
Make an announcement ad, an early-bird ad and a 'last tickets' ad. If only a word or a date in the on-screen text changes, use a free quick edit: describe the change, and AdHub re-renders the picture and keeps the sound.
Turn last year's footage into this year's promo
Upload a clip of up to 3 minutes from a past edition. AdHub edits it into an ad with a hook title, word-by-word captions, zooms, sound effects and an end card. It can also copy the editing style of a reference Instagram or TikTok video.

Riverside Sounds Festival, Austin, TX. Two days of indie and electronic music by the river, June 14–15. Audience: 20–35-year-olds who follow live music on Instagram and TikTok. Hook: 'Two days. Three stages. One river.' Show the logo, then reveal three headliners one by one using my artist photos, then the date and venue. Offer: early-bird weekend pass $79, this week only. CTA: 'Get tickets at riversidesounds.com'. Tone: energetic, summer, golden-hour colors. Sound: upbeat electronic music bed with an English voice-over and word-by-word captions.
Questions
Can AdHub show the crowd, the stage or the venue?
Only through your own material. AdHub makes animated motion-graphics ads and doesn't film or create photorealistic footage. You can animate up to 6 photos in an ad, or upload a real clip (up to 3 minutes) and have it edited into an ad with captions and effects.
The date or price changed after the video was made. Do I start over?
No. Describe the fix, for example 'change the date to June 21' or 'add SOLD OUT on Saturday'. AdHub tells you what it will change and re-renders only the picture. Quick edits are free. The sound is kept, so if the old date is spoken in the voice-over, make a new version instead.
How much does an event video ad cost?
You pay with credits, with no subscription, and credits never expire. A video up to 15 s costs 70 credits (from about $5–7), up to 30 s 120 credits, up to 60 s 220 credits. Failed or stopped videos are never charged.
Can I promote my event to visitors in other languages?
Yes. AdHub writes the on-screen text and voice-over in any of 29 languages, with word-by-word captions. That way you can run one version per audience or city.
